ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Hicham Naim, at the crossroads of innovation and healthcare, shaping a future where technology meets humanity.
As a Swiss-Moroccan 🇨🇠🇲🇦 strategist and innovator, my journey in the healthcare and life sciences sectors spans over two decades. With a solid foundation in pharmacy, backed by a doctorate, and an MBA, I have navigated diverse roles in the industry.
My ultimate goal?
To contribute to a world where progress is measured not just by advancements, but by the harmony and balance it brings to society. I am committed to fostering an environment where technology serves humanity, leading to a brighter, more equitable future.
At present, I lead the Strategy and Transformation for Data, Digital, and Technology at Takeda, a role where I steer the Digital Strategy and Transformation initiatives across the Global Portfolio Division.
My career has been marked by a series of leadership roles, notably in integrated and personalized care at Takeda. Here, I've blended human-centric approaches with cutting-edge technology to drive strategy and transformation.
My professional path is not just about climbing the ladder; it's about making a tangible impact. I hold a vision that balances optimism with caution, especially when it comes to technological advancements. For me, societal progress takes precedence over mere technological leaps. This belief isn't just theoretical; it's a principle I actively apply in my work and writing.
My involvement with Curated Health and as a cofounder of Health Tech Without Borders, a nonprofit dedicated to providing critical healthcare in urgent situations, embodies this philosophy.
